Comprehensively regulated and multi jurisdictional, our principle role is to manage and administer and operate fund, corporate and trust structures for our customers, utilising our network of international offices and divisional structure.
 
Established for 25 years, Sanne Group engages 200 staff worldwide and has in excess of €30bn assets under administration.
 
We currently act as trustee, general partner, company secretary, director, administrator, registrar, transfer agent and nominee. Additionally we can coordinate and deliver IFRS financial reporting, NAV calculations, compliance monitoring, participant reporting and investor relations services together with custody services.
 
Our customers comprise institutions, listed companies, investment managers and UHNW individuals and families requiring a service provider delivering integrated high quality services, and able to demonstrate strong technical competence, attention to detail and commitment.

We purposely build fewer deeper director led customer relationships, each of our customers being individually important to us.

Our independence, substantial capital base and focus on administration rather than advisory services ensures we are free from the conflicts many of our competitors face and are able to deliver open architecture solutions utilising the most appropriate legal and tax advisors and asset managers.
