Zena heads up Sanne's real estate division
specialising in the establishment, operation
and implementation of structures designed to
facilitate investment into real estate by
corporate and institutional customers.
Zena has over 12 years experience in the
offshore financial services industry having
worked in Geneva, Dubai and Jersey
administering a wide variety of offshore real
estate structures including limited
partnership, corporate structures, private unit
trusts and expert funds.
Phil is responsible for Sanne's debt fund
administration, debt issuance and agency
services. The division specialises in the
administration and the financial reporting of
debt finance transactions.
Phil has over ten years experience providing
asset administration and financial reporting
services to specialist loan funds, MTN
Programmes, securitisations, distressed debt
funds and other fixed income structures. He
acts as director on a variety of regulated
structured debt transactions and debt fund
vehicles.
Peter is responsible for the delivery of a
range of sophisticated administration and
trustee services to executive remuneration
structures.
Peter has an in depth understanding of
customer requirements across a wide range
of employee related services having worked
with an extensive range of customers,
ranging from some of the worlds largest multi
national corporations to pre ipo start up
companies.
Simon heads up Sanne's private wealth
division specialising in the effective
management of sophisticated family
structures.
Simon deals with a diverse range of both
private and corporate customers, including
family wealth structures, entrepreneurs,
investment and property structures and
offshore fund vehicles.
Prior to joining Sanne he was managing
director of one of the Island's bank owned
trust companies, also serving on the bank's
board.
Peter heads up private equity and alternative
asset funds services at Sanne providing
corporate governance, financial and investor
reporting and regulatory compliance across a
range of asset specialisms.
Peter has worked in Jersey in the finance
industry for 15 years and has managed the
administration and held board positions for
many collective investment funds, investment
holding structures and structured finance
vehicles.
Tamara is responsible for the delivery of fund administration services for a range of investment holding structures specialising in private equity and alternative asset classes. Tamara has over 15 years' experience in the offshore financial services industry working with institutional, venture capital and private equity funds.
Tamara has managed the administration and held board positions for many collective investment funds and investment holding structures.
Rory acts as director on Sanne's Irish entities
delivering corporate governance services and
effective management and control.
Rory is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Ireland and Member of the
Irish Taxation Institute. He has over 15 years
experience in the financial services industry
in particular compliance with relevant tax
legislation.
Charlie is responsible for the coordination
and management of strategic relationships
with international service partners.
He has extensive experience in dealing with
complex corporate and trust structures for
sophisticated customers requiring
international structuring.
A chartered accountant, Charlie has
previously worked extensively in London and
Jersey, latterly as managing director of a
substantial independent Jersey trust
company.
Peter is responsible for the delivery of
incorporation, domiciliation, administration
and accounting services to regulated funds
and corporate structures in Luxembourg
delivered by an experienced, multi-lingual
management and operations team.
Peter has over 20 years experience in the
financial services industry having held
management positions in UK retail and
commercial services banking, corporate trust
and money markets operations and fund
administration.
Hanna is responsible for the delivery of
relationship management services to
corporate and private individuals based in the
GCC.
Based in the DIFC, Hanna has an excellent
understanding of the service requirements of
the customer base within the region and has
developed strong working relationships with
legal providers, accountancy firms, banks
and custodians within the local market.
Hanna has over 14 years of experience in the
offshore finance industry and previously
worked both in Jersey and Bahrain
Noel is responsible for development of fund
administration services focusing on emerging
markets and private equity and non-retail
listed funds.
Based in Hong Kong, Noel has a deep
understanding of alternative investment
funds, having specialised in fund structuring,
valuations and custody within major global
fund service providers.
He also has substantial experience of fund
and securities operations.
Dan leads the corporate services division
which provides SPV administration, financial
reporting and transaction management
services on a cross-jurisdictional service
platform that dovetails with Sanne's asset
and service specialists.
An English solicitor, Dan was with a major
Jersey law firm for six years working
principally in their capital markets and
structured finance team. Prior to joining
Sanne, Dan gained invaluable regulatory
experience as a manager in the fund
authorisation team of the Jersey financial services commission.
Gordon is responsible for the delivery of trust and company administration services to customers who require Isle of Man structures.
With over 30 years experience in the international financial services sector, Gordon specialises in the efficient delivery of corporate governance and administration to a range of structures established for corporate and private customers.
Colin is responsible for managing
sophisticated real estate structures and
funds in Jersey and Luxembourg.
Colin has strong real estate accounting
knowledge including IFRS, INREV and
applicable GAAP. He also has a wide range
of experience in leveraged property
transactions and real estate restructuring.
David has considerable experience with the
establishment and administration of
corporate customer structures in various
jurisdictions with a focus on UK nondomiciled
customers, non property matters
and tax issues.
David is a qualified chartered accountant with
over 15 year exrperience in international
financial services at director level.
Colum specialises in the implementation and
administration of a wide variety of both listed
and unlisted share plans, pension
arrangements and non-equity reward plans.
Prior to joining Sanne, Colum worked at a
large independent trust company where he
was a director in their employee benefit
division.
Moricko heads up Sanne's investment and
treasury assisting trustees and customers in
determining investment objectives,
measuring ongoing performance and
proactively managing cash requirements.
Moricko has over 15 years investment and
treasury experience having held senior
positions within a variety of financial
organisations, most recently Walbrook where
he was chairman of their investment strategy
committee. In 2010 he was co-opted as a
judge for the private asset management
(PAM) investment awards.
Gillian is director of The Sanne Philanthropic
Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation
created to give support and guidance to
donors.
Prior to joining Sanne, Gillian was a Managing
Partner at private equity firm, Actis, with
responsibility for the management of ethical,
social and environmental risks and
opportunities in the portfolio.
She is currently trustee of a development charity and a large UK housing charity. Gillian has extensive experience in all aspects of charitable giving and governance.
Andrew specialises in the establishment and
ongoing administration of a range of
company, SPV and trust structures for
private and corporate customers specialising
in real estate.
Andrew is a dual qualified chartered surveyor
and lawyer with over 20 years transaction
experience having worked at both Linklaters
and Beachcroft, where he was engaged in
property and asset management, agency and
investment within their real estate divisions.
Martin is based in London and responsible for corporate and institutional relationship management and business development.
Martin joined Sanne from Babson Capital where he was finance director with responsibility for the firm's mezzanine and private equity business.
He has over 10 years experience in the finance industry working with institutional funds, venture capital trusts, private equity and debt funds. Prior to Babson Capital, Martin worked at both Advent Venture Partners and KPMG, where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003.
Hugh has over 15 years experience in establishing and managing structures to meet the needs of private clients and international families. He is a chartered accountant who has led the offshore services of a large Family Office. Hugh has broad international experience and has worked extensively with high value complex investment propositions and structures.
Hugh also serves as a non executive director of a number of quoted investment funds.
Carla is responsible for the day-to-day management of Sanne’s real estate division and a portfolio of real estate holding structures for corporate and institutional investors.
Carla has over 11 years experience in the international financial services industry, starting her career administering a portfolio of private client trust and company structures before moving on to administer property fund related structures and investment vehicles.
Peter has responsibility for the strategic development of the group’s services and platforms, including Sanne’s international capabilities and relationships.
Peter has held financial and commercial directorships in a number of dynamic and fast growing companies and has substantial experience in private equity markets and flotations as well as corporate governance and investor relations.
Christopher heads the institutional corporate team in Jersey. His expertise covers a range of structured finance transactions including CDOs, CLOs, structured investment vehicles, note and commercial paper programmes as well as standard securitisations and note issues.
Prior to joining Sanne Christopher was head of Corporate Services for State Street (Jersey) Limited and has experience in a broad range of fiduciary and administration services in relation to the offshore corporate and funds industries within Jersey and Cayman. Chris studied law at the University of Aberdeen and is a chartered accountant, completing his accountancy and tax training with KPMG, London.
Steph Hopkins specialises in the administration of capital markets structures including securitisations, CDOs, note issuance vehicles, preference share issuance platforms, repackages and tier 1 capital raising structures, across a range of institutional corporate customers.
Prior to joining Sanne, Steph was responsible for managing a portfolio of 200 blue chip customer within State Street Jersey’s corporate business.
James has extensive experience in the administration of securitisations, Euro MTN Programmes, commercial paper conduits and CDOs.
James joined Sanne Group from a global investment bank in Jersey where he headed the capital markets division with responsibility for the set-up and administration of structures based in Jersey, Luxembourg and the Netherlands as well as being a director on a number of high profile public bond deals.
Jason is based in London and works on a range of corporate, real estate, private equity and debt structures. Jason joined Sanne from State Street where he had responsibility for the firm's London customer operations team servicing its UK alternatives fund and corporate administration business.
Jason has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry having worked in both Jersey and London. Jason qualified as a chartered company secretary in 2008.
