With assets under administration in excess of $20bn, the business employs 50 staff in its primary service centres in the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Dubai, Hong Kong and Shanghai with specialist teams focused on private equity, venture capital, listed funds, debt, real estate and alternative asset classes (including life science and oil and gas, carbon credits, art and infrastructure and technology).

We administer more than 70 funds structured through companies, including protected cell companies, limited partnerships and unit trusts established in a wide range of jurisdictions including Jersey, China, Luxembourg, Cayman and BVI.

We have ISAE 3402 (previously SAS70) accreditation on key aspects of our administration processes and operational controls are continually evaluated as part of a rigorous quality assurance programme.
