April 2012 - ISAE accreditation in fund and corporate business

Sanne Group have recently achieved accreditation on core processes in the fund and debt business in accordance with the ISAE framework.

The review covered the preparation of periodic net asset values by Sanne’s listed funds team and the provision of loan facility agent services by Sanne’s debt team. Conducted by KPMG, Sanne received a service auditor's report with an unqualified opinion.

As a professional administration business, the independent assurance of key business processes is an important way to demonstrate the effective management of risk within the outsourced administration business model as well as reinforcing an on-going capability to new and existing customers.

The fact that no material exceptions to the control objectives tested were found, demonstrates the strong control environment in place for the provision of key services in the fund and debt business.

Sanne Group undertakes a rolling programme of internal and external quality assurance initiatives to ensure that both the management structure and procedural environment which is in place to deliver client services continue to develop in step with industry requirements.
